Digital Download Refunds

ChitraaKala sells downloadable digital artwork. No physical product is shipped.

Because digital files can be accessed and downloaded after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, or choosing the wrong print size, except where required by applicable law.

Problems with Your Download

If a file is missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, please contact us through our Contact page with your order details. We will work to provide a functioning file or another appropriate resolution, including a refund where required by law.

Please read each product's file format, ratio, and print-size information before buying. Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
